Dark Chocolate Dipped Peppermint Bark
from Danette Randall, Dessert Diva

Ingredients:
  • 3 cups white chocolate chips
  • 12 crushed candy canes ( I prefer bigger pieces)
  • 2 cups dark chocolate chips
In saucepan over low heat, slowly melt white chocolate. When smooth, add all but a handful of crushed candy canes and gently stir.

Line a cookie sheet with waxed paper. Pour mix into middle of sheet and smooth. ( It will not cover the entire pan.) Sprinkle remaining candy can on top. Let cool aproximately half hour to 45 minutes. When firm, break into pieces.

In microwaveable bowl or in saucepan over low heat, melt dark chocolate. Dip the bottom of the peppermint bark into the chocolate letting some chocolate come up the sides. Let set on waxed paper. Enjoy!
