Herb Crusted Beef Tenderloin

Ingredients:
- 1 2 1/2- 3 pound piece of beef tenderloin, defatted and silver skin removed
- 1/4 cup dijon mustard
- 1 tbls. kosher salt
- 1 tbls. table ground black pepper
- 1 1/2 cups unseasoned bread crumbs
- 1 tsp. dried thyme
- 1 tsp. dried basil
- 1 tsp. paprika
Procedure:
Coat the tenderloin with the mustard.
In another bowl, combine the rest of the ingredients and coat the tenderloin with all of the dry ingredients.
Put on a sheetpan and put in a pre heated 350 degree oven.
Roast for approx 45-50 min. Slice on a cutting board. Serve with the horseradish sauce.
