Meaty Biscuit Cups

Simple ingredients of ground meat, barbecue sauce and corn make these wonderful meaty cups. Also great for a light lunch. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. In a non-stick skillet, cook the ground sirloin and red onion over medium heat, about 5 minutes or until meat is done. Drain any excess grease. Add the barbecue sauce, mixing well. Divide each biscuit into half and press into non-stick muffin tins coated with nonstick cooking spray. Divide the meat into the muffin tins and bake for 10 minutes. Remove from oven and sprinkle with cheese. Return to the oven for one minute or until cheese melts. Serve
