Darcy's Chipotle Aioli

INGREDIENTS:
To make: 5 CUPS 10 CUPS
CHIPOTLE CHILES IN ADOBO 1 CAN 2 CANS
LIME JUICE, fresh – bottled 1/4 CUP 1/4 CUP
MAYONNAISE 4 CUPS 2 QUARTS
GRANULATED GARLIC 1 TBSP 2 TBSP
SALT, granulated 1 TSP 2 TSP
PROCEDURE:
1. Place the chipotle chiles and the lime juice into the food processor fitted with the stainless steel blade
2. Pulse to combine – then puree until the chiles are finely chopped
3. Add all of the remaining ingredients and puree until thoroughly combined
4. Place in an appropriately sized storage container, cover, label, date, initial and refrigerate
